1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the Repurposito Chrome extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
Repurposito is a Chrome browser extension that aggregates content from sources you connect (YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, RSS feeds) into a single feed, and generates draft social media posts using copywriting recipes. The Service does not publish, schedule, or post content to your social media accounts. You are responsible for copying and pasting generated drafts into your chosen publishing tools.
3. Your Account and Sources
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your browser and any accounts connected to the Service. You grant the Service read-only access to publicly available content from your connected sources for the purpose of generating drafts. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to repurpose and publish. Do not use the Service to repurpose copyrighted content without proper attribution or permission.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, copywriting recipes, code, and visual assets, is the intellectual property of Repurposito and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You retain full ownership of any content you generate using the Service. The copywriting recipes provided are licensed to you for personal and commercial use within the Service — you may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the recipes as standalone products.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content; (b) attempt to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the Service's code or infrastructure; (c) use automated tools to scrape or mass-generate content beyond the Service's intended use; (d) redistribute or resell access to the Service; (e) use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party platform terms of service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific engagement, reach, or conversion results. The effectiveness of copywriting recipes depends on your audience, platform, and execution. We are not responsible for the accuracy of content sourced from third-party platforms. Your use of third-party tools (Taplio, Postiz, Typefully, etc.) is governed by their respective terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repurposito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service does not store, publish, or control your social media content — we are not liable for content you choose to publish.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle data. The Service processes source content locally in your browser and does not transmit your social media credentials to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should uninstall the extension and stop using the Service.
